Definitions

"App or Application" or "Website" would mean that jhatpatloans the mobile application or the website that has been developed & designed by the company for providing these particular services. "Lender" usually means the non-banking financial company or the banks with whom the company ties up for the sanctioning of the loan amount, the procedure or the granting of the loan amount to the customer.

"Customers" or 'You" refers to the end-users – any person who accesses, downloads, views our platform & our services. "Loan" refers to a credit amount that you may apply for through our platforms, and the final sanction comes from the lender.

"Outstanding amounts" means the loan interests and also the charges that are due and are payable by you to the concerned lender within the due dates. "Platform" shall mean the Website or App collectively. "Services" refer to the granting, sanctioning or lending of loan amounts through our platforms by the lender

"Third Party Platforms" refer to social networking platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook or any other platform. "User Data" refers to any related data, information, documents or materials that are submitted in the company prior to or during the usage of any of our services.

Services

Using our services, you can apply for an loan amount & meet the eligibility criteria. You can thoroughly understand that the company has been appointed by the lender for the collection, tracking, and authenticating your location, verifying & confirming your user data and documents, and verifying all the details you have provided for the sanction of the loan

It is the lender who is responsible to authorize the Company for the collection as well as storage of the user data by the usage of a mobile application form that is available on the platform. If you want to use our offered services, in that case you necessarily need to register with the company through third-party platforms. At the time of application submission, you would have to share and upload the mobile application form

Moreover, the user data would also include all the personal information like your name, email id, DOB, contact number and several other necessary personal details. Also, the browsing history and SMS. Log-in details of the third-party platforms, bank documents and several other things would be included under surveillance

Also, being a part of the package of services, you permit jhatpatloans team to import all the customers' personal details that are spread across the third-party platforms. Also, you understand and at the same time acknowledge that our team might request updates from you at periodic intervals on the above-mentioned information & receive all the latest information from the platforms of a third-party.

The transactions that the company does on your behalf are usually bases on the consent and would take place on a non-discretionary basis. You have to authorize the company for receiving the essential credit information report that too from the other credit information companies that are decided at periodic intervals

Therefore, if you verify as well as upload the user data or some other documents & details in the form of a mobile application, the company would take all the responsibilities and eventually process the same. Once the verification of the documentation is completed, the lender sanctions the loan amount. After that, you would have to fill & upload the NACH mandate form & also any other required documents. All of the physical documents might be collected by the company and that include the signatures on all the documents for the sanctioning and processing of the loan amount.

Once the company collects these documents, the lender can disburse the loan amount subject to adherence to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement. After loan amount is sanctioned, this would be transferred to the customer's account as per the customer's preferred mode. The customer has to then repay the outstanding amount to the lender that too within the due date as mentioned on the mobile application form

You then understand and acknowledge that the company reserves the right to track your present location as per the provision of services and also the event that you cease, stop or discontinue for using or availing the services. This can be done either through uninstallation or deletion of the mobile app or not opting to use it any further

In case you delete the mobile app or uninstall it or discontinue the service, you would not be set free from your obligations or responsibilities to repay your outstanding amount. Also, you can understand & acknowledge that you would be responsible for all the activities that take place under your user account while using the services

You undertake that the company will not all be liable or responsible for any nature of claims, damages or disputes that may arise out of the usage or misusage of any kind of services. By using the services, you would be solely responsible for the maintenance of the user accounts' confidentiality as well as other related activities that are under your user accounts
